Dafan Health is built at the intersection of extracellular vesicle biology and stem cell science. We believe that trust in medicine begins with honest data, and that the value of innovation lies in reproducible results. Every decision returns to the scientific fundamentals — quantifiable, verifiable, trusted.
Results Define Value
Results Define Value
Clinical outcomes define the standard for regenerative medicine. We believe the value of regenerative medicine must be built on verifiable clinical results. Every cellular application should have traceable data and long-term observational records.
Science Becomes Capability
Science Becomes Capability
We build standardized cell manufacturing and quality systems, giving cellular applications a measurable and reproducible foundation. Clinical tracking and data monitoring allow medical decisions to be grounded in reliable data.
From Research to Clinical
From Research to Clinical
We connect cell research, bioprocessing, and clinical medicine to build regenerative medicine capabilities that can be applied clinically. Taking regenerative medicine from research to monitorable clinical application.

Paracrine Signaling Mediated by Extracellular Vesicles Promotes Tissue Regeneration
This study evaluated the efficacy of MSC-derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) in chronic wound healing. Among 28 subjects receiving standardized EV preparations, wound area reduced by an average of 73% at week 12, with no significant immune rejection observed.

MSC Quality Control Protocol: Validation of Reproducibility and Scalable Manufacturing
Establishing cross-batch consistency in quality control systems is a core challenge for cell therapy commercialization. This study presents a standardized testing protocol covering cell viability, surface markers, and differentiation potential, completing 16 batch validations within 6 months with inter-batch coefficient of variation below 5%.
Two-Year Follow-Up Report on Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation for Knee Cartilage Defects
Autologous chondrocyte implantation (ACI) was performed on 34 patients with knee cartilage defects. The average KOOS score improved by 38.4 points at 24 months post-surgery. MRI imaging showed complete cartilage fill in 91% of defect areas, with statistically significant clinical results (p < 0.001).
By linking targeting peptides to exosome membranes via surface modification, therapeutic RNA cargo uptake in target tissues increased 4.3-fold. Both in vitro and small animal models showed significantly prolonged retention of engineered exosomes in joint cavities, providing new tools for precision regenerative medicine.
